They really should replace the "AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD 9AM PST" to "AVAILABLE WHEN WE DAMN WELL FEEL LIKE IT!!!!"

I must be the world's biggest idiot -- I CAN'T LOGIN.

Does anybody know how to confirm what your username is with Spectrasonics? The 'forgot password' email doesn't tell you! I have a new temporary password, sent to my correct email, but keep getting a failed login, I suppose because I can't remember my username and there doesn't appear to be any way to find it. Unreal!

Almost made it!

The upgrade page is available, but now it keeps saying "You must have Omnisphere on your account" which I do but the page doesn't load.

However when I click on it I get this message:

This product requires to be installed and registered in your user account.

huh? I am logged in and Omnisphere 1 is installed on my Mac and registered in my user account, what more do they want?

Finally got the BUY NOW link, but then it gives me, "This product requires to be installed
and registered in your user account. " Hmmmm......I'm a VIP user and am signed in currently.
