Yeah the two phrases are pretty much interchangeable to mean 'occasionally' (native English speaker here!)

Zebra 2: With the Dark Horse skin, the word "Waveform" is cutoff on the right side of the OSC pages. That goes for any size of the skin.
Apologies if that's been mentioned already.

Wanted to report too :
VERY slow load times. up till now, only Zebra (with my very large preset base) loaded so slow.
I'm an 9550 8Gb win7 (not SSD)

Just did a loading comparison between ZebraHZ (therefore the 'older' Zebra build) and the newest beta build of regular Zebra and yes there's quite a difference in loading times ! ZebraHZ takes just over a second from double clicking the VSTi in Ableton to the GUI appearing, whereas Zebra is close to 10 seconds
Haven't noted any increase with Ace, Bazille, or Diva though - they all load for me in 1 or 2 seconds.

DIVA takes here a whopping 30 sec (!) to load, Zebra takes (a little) less, the others are bearable but loading time certainly isn't what it used to be

That's why this is a beta.

Not only loading time, but also to show the VST within the DAW after being loaded on a track takes uncomfortable much time.Tp3 wrote:DIVA takes here a whopping 30 sec (!) to load, Zebra takes (a little) less, the others are bearable but loading time certainly isn't what it used to be

on Windows 10 64bit, cpu intel core i7 4790k with 16gigs of ram, SSD and SDHDD (plugins location), just to open Diva that is already loaded inside DAW takes 2.31 seconds, Bazille, Hive, Zebra, Satin, Presswerk +/-1.51 seconds. A reminder, they are loaded in DAW already.

I'd be interested in this. I've sent a message regarding this via the support form on your website on Monday but haven't received a reply. As it's unusual not to hear back from you within a few days I'm not sure if my message got through.Urs wrote:We have a guy who spends his idle time translating our user guides to German. For those who asked politely. Unfortunately though, the guy doesn't have much idle time. So, if any German would like to translate, say, Diva's manual to German in exchange for a license (any u-he plug-in of choice), please contact us. It's fun. Once you're done you know the plug-in inside out!

IIRC we have received a whole lot of translation offers in the past two weeks. Not sure if all are answered yet, I can inquire on Monday...Chapelle wrote:I'd be interested in this. Regarding GUI loading times - I think we'll have a huge speed boost shortly. Needs testing but looks very promising
