I never said anything else. So, no idea what you mean...
And no, I will not vamoose, but continue to say what I don't like because I have paid for it. If Jo or you or other fanboys can't take that, man up...

start a new thread for your unrelated rants because youre needlessly casting doubt here. i think what youre saying has been heard loud and clear.

if this was made in mulab, i dont see your problem. seems to work well for this guy. listening to your rants it would seem you are not able to use mulab effectively? maybe its you?

Casting doubt on what? Did anyone claim Mulab was perfect and finished? I must have missed that...
I have made several feauture requests over the years, and some of them have been implemented, like those tiny green LED's next to each slot for turning slots on and off. I make such requests when I think they would benefit many people and simplify the workflow, and ultimately make Mulab more attractive to other people as well.
It is not about not being able to do things effectively in Mulab. It is about not being happy with the way some things work, not least when comparing Mulab to other DAW's.
Since you said Mulab will never be my favorite DAW, I kind of agree, but it is my DAW of choice (again, after using Mixcraft and Mulab in parallel for some time) because I don't feel like spending $xxx on a bloated DAW just in order to get the few things I am not so happy with in Mulab, yet.
And the specific topic of this thread will no longer be an issue when I get my new computer. The new processor will solve the problem, not Mulab.

You are from Germany, right?fluffy_little_something wrote: Since you said Mulab will never be my favorite DAW, I kind of agree, but it is my DAW of choice (again, after using Mixcraft and Mulab in parallel for some time) because I don't feel like spending $xxx on a bloated DAW just in order to get the few things I am not so happy with in Mulab, yet.

Hackintoshing is kinda legal there, so yeah, maybe next get some build that is ready to go for it, of course, if you taught about joining the dark side, maybe Logic is the one.
This entire forum is wading through predictions, opinions, barely formed thoughts, drama, and whining. If you don't enjoy that, why are you here?

Not sure I get what you mean. But I certainly won't get anything Apple
Except for a few minor issues, I am more or less happy with Mulab

You said you will buy new computer and you are still hunting for a better DAW, added hackintosh option for consideration (because you will need intel CPU for example and parts that are compatible) because of Logic, especially because in Germany it seems that your consumer law is above any companies EULA, so building/using one is not an issue, that's all.fluffy_little_something wrote:Not sure I get what you mean. No, I am not in Germany (thank god). And I will wait for the new AMD CPU's due out in October, I won't feed neither Apple nor Intel
And no, while Mulab might not be geared at people like me, I doubt I will find anything better at that price point. So, I can't say that I am looking for something better. I have tried a lot, but every such program has its own issues. I tried Lumix for instance, while I liked its GUI, it crashed repeatedly within just a few hours, Mulab never crashes on me.
