W11 Beta's Up!

I have a Behringer XTOUCH ONE control surface which comes with an overlay for Traction/Waveform. I've set it up as per instructions (Mackie compatible) I think most buttons work, however, the record button does nothing. Also the footswitch is supposed to play/stop but also does nothing. Is this an issue with the Beta or is there something I've missed. Any info would be most appreciated, thanks.

I'm using markers for automation work, I listen to the song and find a place where the drums are too weak and it is the chorus#2 and there we go in a second, with the red chorus markers.

You can put a marker anywhere. They all have a number and you can go straight to them by just typing the number and pressing Enter.lastmessiah wrote: Mon Mar 02, 2020 11:25 pm What is the intended use of the Arranger Track compared to the Marker Track? I've always used the Marker track as a sort of arranger so I'm wondering how it is different.
[W10-64, T5/6/7/W8/9/10/11/12/13, 32(to W8)&64 all, Spike],[W7-32, T5/6/7/W8, Gina16] everything underused.

But can't the arranger track do this too?jabe wrote: Sun Mar 08, 2020 8:29 pmYou can put a marker anywhere. Probably plugin issues, but I use the latest Canopener and Sonarworks in a wrapper as the last plug on my master out so I can easily disable them when exporting. The latest W11 beta is crashing on a regular basis because of one of those. At first it was Canopener, but recently it's Sonarworks. And by crashing, I mean CTD, not the sandbox (which is enabled).
I'm not sure if I'll have a chance to try them outside the wrapper to see if the crashing still occurs.
Also, when it crashes like that, it leaves a process running like it used to. I discovered that when I was uninstalling/updating a plugin after it had crashed out and it said the plugin was still being used.
Edit: Minimizing W11 beta for a short time and then bringing it back up I think is a big part of the issue causing the crash.

I haven't been able to persuade it to, but I might be doing it wrong.Stuttaton wrote: Sun Mar 08, 2020 9:26 pmBut can't the arranger track do this too?jabe wrote: Sun Mar 08, 2020 8:29 pmYou can put a marker anywhere. What version are you using? There was a fix in 11.0.20 for crashing Racks that sounds like it could be related to this.vitocorleone123 wrote: Sun Mar 08, 2020 10:51 pm Probably plugin issues, but I use the latest Canopener and Sonarworks in a wrapper as the last plug on my master out so I can easily disable them when exporting. No more/less crashing on Waveform10 when those are wrapped (it generally works).
Will try to test with a rack in the beta with sandboxing turned off for those 2 plugins to see if that makes a difference to stability.
