Hi, Urs!
Once you mentioned, that you create Zebra 2 (with more soft sound) to complement Virus (edgy sound).
How about Zebra 3? The same philosophy or maybe it will have more edgy sound right in your face and will compete with Massive, Serum etc.?

So many fallacies I don't even know where to start.MickMack7 wrote:Hi!
I've finally given up waiting for Zebra 3! Other mothers also have beautiful daughters, and I have become accustomed to them now ;-)The magic of U-he products has disappeared, I can not understand the lost time and effort, in the X-emulation of classics like Pro One, or the X-th EDM, Trance, Techno-synth like Hive! I do not know how to explain this, but U-he loses to fans who may have been reassured by DIVA! U-he has the !!! Best synthesizer with zebra, and has let him sleep for years! Inform yourself at what still keep many fans from Native Instruments, which have done the same with Massive, Absynth and FM8, and none, except DJs, can more endure NI!
That's sad![]()

I definitely agree about this, would be extremely handy for certain parts of the plugin, for me it could be very handy on the oscillator. This seems even more far fetched but what if we could save them in groups with routing? for example you could take a complex fm chain with multiple oscs and save JUST that part so that you wouldn't have to spend 5 minutes getting 3 or 4 oscs sounding perfect before trying a certain fx chain on it in another zebra patch. I suppose you can just tweak presets for the whole synth, but this would speed up my workflow a lot if it were possible.kiezum wrote: But I also would love to see 'presets for modules'. Presets for osc, filters, amp, lfo, etc.
Hive has got a great preset system. But I would like to browse the presets of, for example, the filter with my arrow keys. And folders would be welcome too.

I develop/sell big, expensive software packages to enormous corporations to solve incredibly complicated issues that in some cases are literally a matter of life and death, and I don't have to put up with a fraction of the complaining that a boutique softsynth developer does. What a strange world.
Looking forward to Zebra 3, and thanks for the coupons! I have a sneaking suspicion I'll be getting a copy of ZebraHZ from my wife as an early Xmas present

Every where I gig guys use pretty decent hardware rigs with Mainstage, RME or PCs, etc.
Zebra 2 and Diva are always getting used.
I use a Code 8 OD, Solaris and Zebra2 HZ.
I fear change, but interested to see the 3 once it's ready.
Thanks for not releasing it pre maturely just to please the Cackling Hens....

That would be because paying for something out of your own hard earned money is totally different from some accountant paying a bill in a huge organization.aumordia wrote:I develop/sell big, expensive software packages to enormous corporations to solve incredibly complicated issues that in some cases are literally a matter of life and death, and I don't have to put up with a fraction of the complaining that a boutique softsynth developer does. Mac mini m4 pro, Reaper, too many plugins, Modal Argon8, Novation Circuit Mono Station and now a lovely Waldorf Blofeld.
