Same here in UK, just got one payment notification email. no idea what month. we've had nothing since July. it's a weird carry-on!

I was stupid enough to request their overdue payment in their 'service portal'. They charged me $$$ for bullshit answers.
"De Guzman El Jhon Paul" writes: "We are to get you added to the next round of payouts now that the KYC has been completed"
This answer is completely wrong and bullshit, as KYC has already been finished twice: In 2023 and in July 2024.
I made screenshots as an evidence. I will forward this to my lawyer.

I have received the emails three times today, in german.
But the money has not arrived in the account.

Today we received this strange notification as well.
We have not get money since July. As of today, we have not get money.
Actually, it would be strange if the money came, because in September we made refunds to all customers since July 1.
We have a blocked DR panel, however, we have already received their credit notes with random numbers twice.

Notification and payment never were in sync - the one or other way round. We got the money two days before we received the belonging notification, but in the past it always was the other way round. So the actual money may arrive one or two days later (also can be more dependent on the bank - they also have a hint for this)

I closed all remaining tickets myself because of that. I will not open any more tickets. The replies are nonsense anyway and they resolve nothing.

They will probably open a last one when they receive my termination of the contract which I sent per snail mail this Monday to the German postal address.

I recommend that you make screenshots of all communication. It might be useful later when it ends on court. I recommend that ask your lawyer.

Also, please note that they annouced that they will move court from Germany to USA on January. You will accept this 'automatically' with their upcoming new contract terms 6.4.

For those of you who are from Germany and also send an "Einschreiben" to their Colongne address. Did it get delivered?

My DHL tracking shows that is was redirected to a different address twice now.

We charged at least 2556 USD (13.82 hours now and up going) for 3 accounts KYC and one correction letter of bank transaction for July payment. They messed up the bank account holder name, lol.

By the way, here is the latest reply from their support team (7 hours ago):

On a side note, for the pending payments, at this time our team are still working and finalizing the next round of payments. You will be notify as soon as payments becomes available.

Payment has become an act of mercy, it's not anymore a contractual obligation in their eyes.
And they shamelessly take horrendous support fees for fixing their own issues and for breaking contracts.

This is no company ANYONE wants to work with.
