Could be. But I can tell you first hand that it's a good deal. There's a few hundred sample packs available that I'd previously seen selling for decent money prior to this site. And the ability to search by tempo/instrument/genre etc. for individual loops and samples is fantastic.Numanoid wrote:I get reminders about this from Samplephonics every day, like 3 days left! 2 days left!!, 1 day left!!!, 12 hours left!!!!BERFAB wrote:http://www.noiiz.com UNLIMITED loop/sample download site (all royalty/license free) from the folks that brought you Samplephonix
Last day today for special offer $89/year unlimited downloads. Offer good until Midnight GMT. Tomorrow price goes up to $199/year
Good stuff there.
Based on that I wonder if this stuff isn't selling by itself
Tt seems like a certain bet that tomorrow the deal is extended

I wonder how this will impact other vendors like Prime Loops, Function Loops, Samplism, etc
Will they think about doing the same?

Is the Izotope RX plugin worth getting at $65? I keep seeing people saying they use it all the time. but for some reason I thought they were talking about the restoration thing.
I should mention I have all the Waves ones. They work okay.

Do you have other iZotope fix-it plugs? If so, then no. If not, then yes. The de-click is great (for me) and the de-clip is some voodoo magic.dzilizzi wrote:Is the Izotope RX plugin worth getting at $65? I have Ozone 6 and Nectar 2 Production Suite. The de-clip is what looks really useful. The rest I have some version of in Waves.soundbylaura wrote:Do you have other iZotope fix-it plugs? The suite is well worth the $65.00. I have the waves restoration bundle as well which I prefer for noise reduction duties but for audio file fixing Izotope plugins are top drawer. You de clip or de clic once and you'll be happy you have it in your collection.

btw, you can download it via the HOFA download manager, and there is an option to "Start Demo" for System. I couldn't resist buying it though at the €49.90 intro price, which ends today.

How long is the "RX" one? I have a real need for that being a guitar/bass player, but I've never demoed it and don't know if it's gimmicky. 65 bucks seems tight, so do I have enough time to demo?
Oh I see, through tomorrow. Ok, I'll dl the demo and check it out.
