You're obviously not using the latest beta (i just tried the last four or five versions including final and there it works) ?
In the latest beta it doesn't work anymore .
Or can you proove me wrong ?
I know , if this is switched on, the moving of guis is a non-cpu-issue at all anymore

Ah, ffs, you're right. It doesn't work in the latest BETA. I am sorry. I should probably put eXTSetup in the startup folder...

You are completely right, now the 'move outline only' setting has no effect in eXT, and moving shit around has a catastrophic effect on CPU usage. Just like you said.
