That's just the initial verification, then your spending limit is like, $500 or something and in order to spend more than that limit, you have to have "Verified" status by backing it up with a CC. I think it's exactly the same for other customers; in fact, I'll bet most countries you can't hook up a bank account! I think that's fairly new.hardwired wrote:Actually that isn't true.
