Nice to have Jules "in the house" :)

But this is a bit disconcerting:
nowadays I just tend to let Mackie get on with it, and don't have much involvement,
is this why bugs and problems like this are not getting any attention perhaps????

Thanks, Jules, for giving us the news. Is Mackie aware of this?

I get the feeling Mackie doesn't have much involvement either and are waiting for you to get on with it! Like four polite drivers all arriving at a four-way stop at the same time.

Look forward to trying your new 'amusing' products.

There's still a lot of serious bugs in T that need fixing. It's a nice 'fun' app, but I am really serious about making music it, and so often I find I grind into weird problems with software, like deleted tracks still playing, or my mixdowns not sounding the way they're supposed to; and none of this is obvious why. I appreciate all the work that has gone into making T easy to use, and this is why I bought it, but I am so disappointed that it's not reliable.

One wonders if I should follow the heard and do what everybody else is doing, like buy logic or protools...

chris ... if you have specific (reproducible) issues please start a new thread here and / or at the mackie forum (apologies if you already have) ... they WILL be investigated ...

Oo, err... no, it's not really supposed to do that... (or at least it doesn't in Tracktion, Nuendo, Cubase, Bidule etc.)

It will time-out after about 5 minutes use (meaning you have to remove and reinsert the plug-in again to get another 5 minutes-worth of evaluation time) but it's weird it's actually crashing FL?

We'll look at this next week and get back to you. Of course, it could be Julian's evil ploy to force FL Studio users to pay for registering their copy or else it'll just keep on crashing it every 5 minutes...

Thanks for pointing this out, Multree.

Not really true - the next two Raw Material products are aimed fairly and squarely at the amateur/hobbyist. One of them in particular will be of no practical use to anyone on KvR except real beginners - but will be fun nonetheless, and is quite a cool product..!

Nah Rob, it hasn't gone all boring just yet (though I have to agree that Jules' latest website revamp does make it look like it should be selling medical imaging equipment).

Hardly. Until there is at least one picture of an attractive medical worker who
doesn't exhibit the usual signs of sleep deprivation, and a few babies thrown in for good measure, it doesn't look anything like a medial imaging suppliers site.

(trust me I go to the trade shows, and I've seen *far* too many of the brochures).
Someone shot the food. Remember: don't shoot food!

:-o Babies?!? :scared:
