If you're using a credit card, DV will use an alternative delivery address 'by arrangement' but not from the website.
thomann.de are the same.
Some companies do, some done; I suspect it has to do with their Merchant Agreement terms and/or insurance.

Used them lots of times for various bits and bobs.. always been good.. I also know that they have a policy of not delivering to an address different to that of your credit card.. However I phoned them up and they sorted it out for me because I had bought other things in the past from them...
When I had problems with my alesis speakers DV were very good.. Though I did find I had to chase them up a lot... but when i did they were responsive, friendly and sorted it out.
