The cakewalk VST adaptor only scans folders it is pointed too........

So... both those folders must be in the list that the adaptor is scanning.

You could've just taken the one on your D-Drive off
the list and it wouldn't be scanned......

I'm sorry I haven't posted on this thread in awhile, thanks for the response. I'd still like to know exactly which step I am omitting to get the adapter to only scan one folder, my new downloaded Hexter VSTi, for example. So if you'd post a sample step-by-step I would be grateful.
