I think there's a typo on one of the GUI labels: "Pyschle"... and at the bottom of the FXLord page: "diety"

Yes, this is certainly more excellent fx craziness from Jack Dark. If you liked his other stuff, you're definately in for a treat. Maybe, the best 'effect' plugin from him yet. Really, it is for madmen only!
Jack, you've sure outdone your self with FXLord. This thing is very deep too, it's definately going to be my go-to plug to FSU - in new and interesting ways. Great work!

scam_artist = Thanks for the compliments, sorry 'bout the kittens. Less instrusive demo silence = no way, then you'd never buy it. :p Ran a poll a while back and everybody said periodic silence was the least annoying restriction, hence.
Juanjo = Thanks, and yes, FX Lord is a knobless wonder indeed.
cymatics = Thanks... maybe you have found something I missed about the LFO into Cutoff, perhaps depends on filter type selected... I'll look into it to make sure I didn't screw up, if I did, I'll fix it.
cptgone = "pyschle" = my screw up will fix
"diety" = my screw up will fix
thanks for noticing that!
LiquidClear = Glad you dig man, as always. Hope it serves you well brother.

Apparently there aren't many crazy madmen out, just amp sim users.

Yes, we Madmen are a dying breed.LiquidClear wrote:Apparently there aren't many crazy madmen out, just amp sim users.
Honestly I made this VST primarily for my own needs concerning sound creation/sculpting, but decided to offer it for a nice price for the few others on this earth who share "the passion".
If ten other folks aside from me find it truly useful/inspirational, then I have accomplished!

Alrighty fixed this in the demo and full versions, and the webpage.cptgone wrote:I think there's a typo on one of the GUI labels: "Pyschle"... and at the bottom of the FXLord page: "diety"
Appreciate you noticing that.

Yet again i have to big you up again JackDark!.I did not hesitate to buy this plugin,if you've got more of this vst madness in the pipeline,i'm in !.To think that back in the eighties a simple digital delay unit would cost about £150,and that was second hand!,and you offer up this supercharged Fx unit for the price of a couple of pints and a chinese on the way home !.Many thanks.

Appreciated Megawatt, really. As far as price goes... I don't feel comfy giving things away for free that cost so much time to develop, but I try to make them cheap as possible nonetheless, so I'm only a half-bastard. :p

I'd say the price is extremely reasonable for the huge array of fully modulatable effects in this thing..
FX Lord is a very apt title for it.

Thanks for this, it looks great. I'll be trying the demo soon. I'm not sure how to pronounce "Psychle," but if you put an N in there somewhere, I guess it'd be "schnitzle."

had a couple of days to mess with this now, and i have to say you even surpassed fx jockey
the fucntionality of this thing means it will be destroying audio till the end of days and i stioll wont have discovered all its tricks
simple hihat loops become monstrous chasms of pain and fear, what more could you ask for

Sickle = Apt indeed, and self fellatio be damned. :p
SaviorNeeded = It would be "sigh-kull", or at least in my mind anyway.
Vurt = I'm glad you agree... I think FX Jockey is a joke compared to the vast possibilities of FX Lord. I knew that 99% of people wouldn't care for this VST, or even have a use for it. Still, honestly I truly believe anybody looking for serious "sound design" mutatability would be a silly woogle to not at least try FX Lord out. As long as I am still propagating "chasms of pain and fear", than my apotheosis remains met.
Thanks for the compliment bro.
