No it's not free, sorry, I spent too much life on this to just give it away. Perhaps I'm a bastard, but at $21.95 pretty damn close to free.
So... I hope if you try you enjoy, though I'll say up front this an idiosyncratic VST for esoteric functionality, which means "not everybody's cup of tea". Me = fine with that.
One thing which has happened to -some- beta testers:
PROBLEM: Changing of internal presets causes "stuck parameters" or "right audio channel muting".
SOLUTION: Simply stop your sequencer, then restart it, now the preset should be back to normal.
