Don't thinks so unfortunatley. Listening to the file led me to believe they are "audio" for the casette interface with the original patches.

I mean it would be a lot easier to simply get yourself a copy of the Waldorf PPG 2.V.
Or pick up an MWXT.
Extracting some 3+61x31+64 (upper WT) waves = waste of time.
PPG 2.V VSTi will do what you're after.
