I guess if you want to render each effected track separately you'd either just solo the particular track, or hit bypass on the other plugin and then render (I'm no FLS user though, so no garantee that it will work there as well)

You CAN render seperate tracks, if that's what you mean. At the bootom of every mixer channel is a little icon you can use to render whatever is in that channel immediately to disk. Render it, make whatever changes you need to, then render again to get all the variations you want from any given channel, though I'm still not clear if that's what you're asking.

...I'm still not really clear about what you want to do, but if you're looking to place compression on a certain number of tracks *AND* be able to play them WITHOUT the compression effect then one option is to use your Send Channels. Here is what I'm thinking:
1. Simply place each event you want into a seperate channel.
2. Place your Twisted compressors in Send channels and set them up the way you need them to be, then route your seperate channels to the Sends.
This way you can still be able to render or play the channels *with AND without* (as little or as much of) the effect as needed.
You can also route your seperate events into a single channel and work with them that way AND still have the Send functions available. Routing is very easy and flexible in FL and if you're new to FL, it's best to try make the most of it, especially in conjunction with Send channels. If you can explain as succinctly as possible what you're tring to do I'm pretty sure we can find a solution to it, perhaps with the help of others too.
