ahh its not for me i know how to load vst's and all that jazz man this is for a mate who has no clue when it comes to that stuff all he wants to do with it is talk over msn and mask his voice and he wants a program that will do it in real time its not for recording purposes

lol im really trying not to get frustrated here but god dam read what ive said for crying out loud this site rules for sound engineers wich is what im aspiring to be one day hence why i come here for all my plug in needs and other stuff the only reason i posted this is becuase its the only place i could possibly think of that i thougth i would get a decent answer being this site is to do with people in the sound engineering industry and isnt some of this stuff things you guys have come by SOMEWHERE in your carrear please stop takin the piss outa me and be more helpful than anoying i came here for help not to have the piss takin out of me if i wanted that id just jump in a really icey cold lake then run thur the streets naked with practically non existent genitals man or such a great site the forum really lets it down some what at least some of you have tryed to be some what helpful that darth vader mask thing is an idea yes but hes not after toys ok now i dont normaly get agitated like this ive been up for nearly 48 hours straight im tired and peed off soo please just help me for christ sake

chill man were doing our best :o

is there anyway he could hook up a second pc one on the web one transmitting the audio into the mic socket on the web pc :shrug:
that way he could use any plugin fx that he fancied.

a cheap way would be a guitar pedal of some sort after his mic before the pc that may work :)

and why does your "mate" want to diguise his voice when he's online anyway?
