ok not to sure if this should be here but i was wondering if there was anythign that i could use to mask my voice say like talking over msn and instead of them hearing my normal voice the obviously hear the altered voice its not actually for me its for a mate of mine and hes not exactly what you would call some one thats into sound engineering now i know how you could hypertheticaly do this havent tested it yet and even if it did work i dont think he would have the knowledge to even know what im talking about even in lamens terms soo if theres any stand alone sort of program that you could use to do this on the fly please let me know or even email me at MaGGoT_corps7@hotmail.com

For the ultimate in low budget, one of those hand-held spring reverb(?) toy "microphones" like "Magic Mic."

i have a captain scarlet one, it also has a trigger that produces the "mysteron" type noise

it actually sounds more like a spring in a tupperware jug

and i thought id be looking for either ring modulator ot a voccoder but wasnt too sure any sugesstion on ones that can do it on the fly ?? and also broad cast over msn coz when evre i run guitar rig and then try to play guitar over msn while gutiar rigs running msn wont let me do it untill i close gutiar rig and then i gotta play clean

frohmage filter is free and excellent, load it into VSThost, which is also free, and Bobs yer aunties live in lover, as they say round these parts ... ooh aar
