well, I just want to "roll the dice" and try a prediction (er, they are always sooo rightjavascript:emoticon(''))
it will be GB 4 and an "update" for LP to 7.6
As far as the LP part.....no inside info, just would be..........logical.......considering the way apple thinks.
However....originally apple was supposed to not even make the trip. Then it was 2 booths.....then 3......then 4.........gotta think somethings up? Maybe LP for iphone?

Yo,
We started out early today, so the booth was is up and running now (only half an hour late)
Havn't made many pics yet, and people do not yet dare to enter the stage. Even though we have a Moog Little Phatty. And a selection of its factory presets converted pretty much 1:1 in Zebra.
My three slaves are pretty enthusiastic, so I'll have a lot of time to walk around and talk bad about Putte who just wouldn't come. Bummer. Messe ohne Putte is unthinkable.
Off to say hi to some friends!
Later,
Urs

but Urs was the man that made the need for a hardware product "none"fab m. wrote:Urs, this is the right time to find an agreement regarding a future hardware u-he product, do the right thing
i had another good play with Z2 the other day & made a few presets & found a few extra things i didn't know where there,
& the moment U-HE are flying high!
with the right advertising Urs should become a multimillionaire!!!
of course at that point customer support might not be quite as good as it currently is
good luck today U-HE gang!!!

Hey, from Matrixsynth - this is John Bowen demoing his spiffy new Solaris synth - and who's he demoing to? Looks like our Urs to me...

Hiya,
(this is Urs posting from Howard's computer)
actually, that's not me... close... but...
I havn't had no time so far to leave the booth much... havn't had time to upload photos either... lots of talks, lots of words, my voice is fading...
Somehow word spread out, so today came a lot of people "to see what they were talking about"
- check out sonicstate some time!!!
I saw Mr. Bowen in the cafeterria while having some coffee with Howard. Actually the init-preset of Zebra 1.0 was called "Bowen's Razor"...
Some "Retired & Replaced by Zebra" cards made it to funny places. No idea how theys got there. I swear!
However, tonite we went home early... tomorrow is gonna be the weirdest day... hope to see *some* stuff...
Everything's great. We're just brainfried & exhausted...

Fwiw, I've been at the U-He booth yesterday. Very nice chaps, been pleased to meet them.
Howard was doing some new patches and all I can say is "wow" - there's some incredible stuff among them and they certainly prove Zebra 2 to be *the* synth you need. There's almost nothing you can't do it seems. Stunning. But you knew that already, I suppose...

There are 3 kinds of people:
Those who can do maths and those who can't.
