Then Urs is nearly right. Its actually a module from the Buchla series, the legendary Singular Pitched Collision Percussion Unity Generator, the 2OPO. I'd suggest its in the run between serial number 37 and 61 when ambient temperature in the factory was slightly higher because someone left the door open. You can tell because the phase-offset transients are slightly smeared.

IMHO this is nosense.
Do you want ppl says that it's analog? and then you laugh because it's a synthedit va? Do you want ppl says it's digital? and then you laugh because it's an old analog monster?
I can let you listen to 3 waves coming from the Alesis A6 Andromeda, the first let you say "vst", the second "digital hw", the third "monster analog hw". The same for the little kawai K3M, it can sound as analog as digital... so what's the point on all this ?

I really doubt it's Synth1, the filter sounds very different to me than Synth1.
There's no doubt the oscs lack the lower end, but they have a great high end and the filter is pretty awesome indeed!
Can you post more samples ? Maybe some faster melody with the filter opening and closing ?
