hello,

thanks again.it will be great if the Receptor has that automatic voltage switching.very ideal for touring.
The other possibility is to have 1 keyboard using a USB, and one keyboard using MIDI (This is what I do). You should be careful to verify which keyboards you might purchase have a USB output that is 'known to work' with Receptor. (I am using an MAudio keyboard on USB).
what kind of controllers do you have and what model of M-Audio do you use?i tried the Keystation 61es but i don't like the feel of the keyboard.i also experienced some hanging notes.anyway,i'm considering to buy a used Fatar VMK88 and i also have in mind Novation Remote SL61.what can you say about these controllers?i really like having that x/y pad of Novation.hope these will work well with the Receptor.

Hi again, JRocko

I've been using the MAudio Keystation 61es (so-so feel, but works well for me with powered and midi'd over USB), and the Emu XStation 49 (using MIDI and battery power).

I really like the Emu keboard alot (feel, features), but it doesn't seem to work via USB.

I don't have any experiences with the Fatar or Novation.

In any case, I would recommend to have 1 board that you know works via USB, and merge any others via MIDI.

220 v is no problem. I'm in Sweden, and I didn't have to change anything for the Receptor to work here.

Post

that's great.hey analogaddict, where do you use your Receptor?
