Er how do you manage skins? I unzipped it into the u-he zebra2 folder in Program Files but did it overwrite the default one or something?

Yeah, you have to overwrite them...

However, as you can see in MFM2, a dynamic skin engine is on its way into the next update... just... every skin has to be slightly updated for that...

(so this all skins are stoped just because my HD was down .. and i missed all layered data)

After 6 years? Forget about it... Zebra has changed far too much in this time, those skins would miss some features Zebra got in the meantime.
