As a new Muse customer who isn't a computer programmer by trade, I have to say that I found the how-to posts very useful. I've had to take a quick course in Linux and Wine but was careful not to damage my Receptor beyond repair. Through no fault of my own I couldn't get Guitar Rig 3 working and the guys at Muse helped sort it out in 30 minutes. I was slightly nervous that they might give me a hard time about activating Regedit, changing the Root password and installing Arturia's Minimoog from the CD ROM, but they didn't say a word, except "oh, you're familiar with Linux?" So, thanks for a great machine and cool customer support.
