Decided to go for the Gold Reason refills..........hope I made the right choice!

I just wanted to give a big thanks to Squids for suggesting I contact Allen, and to Allen for working out a crossgrade from the Miroslav CE version to the full version. It arrived today and is installing now. 
Edit: Sorry, it's a crossgrade from SampleTank. I just liked the CE version so much that I wanted the full version.

Well, it's a lot bigger than CE, many more instruments and articulations. CE was a tease. I upgraded from CE because I like the sound a lot and it's different enough from GPO that I can find uses for both.sylva wrote:So what about it?

Just a quick note to say that I have the Refill version of the Garritan Personal Orchestra and the Garritan Pocket Orchestra that comes with Dimension LE.
The 2 versions don't remotely compare. Like you I find the Pocket Orchestra to be basically unusable. The Personal Orchestra on the other hand is quite usable. I wouldn't compare the Pocket Orchestra to the Philharmonic Orchestra thinking that you are getting an accurate comparison of how it might stack up against the Personal Orchestra.
IMO the Pocket Orchestra is more of a "wet your mouth" extremely cut down demo of the Personal Orchestra.

I just purchased Miroslav CE and now I'm wondering if this is a "downloadable version" at all 
Like with the recent ReTank GB I thought I will just receive an activation code and download at IK Multimedia. Does anyone know?

It turns out it's the boxed version. However there was no shipping fee. I asked Allen how he's going to handle that, but he hasn't replied yet. Not that I worry about free shipping
