more bizarreness - I completely "disappeared" the MU.LAB window by folding it in on itself. Had to-force quit MU.LAB to make it appear again.

edit: It gets worse - looks like I have to install MU.LAB again to make the problem go away.
Quick fix for this(repeated from previous post):

Go to System Preferences/Display and change the monitor resolution to something like 1024 x 768 and then back to the native resolution - window bar should appear again.

Oh! right yeah I almost forgot about that one.
Didn't know the window thing was a known issue either.
:D

don't lose sleep over it - I just miss the concert hall and mountains etc

This thing is pretty bugfree now. That's probably why I care! :hihi:

haven't tried the multisampla crash yet though.

MU.LAB Test D2 is available at

OSX: http://www.mutools.com/mulab/test20/mul ... -d-osx.zip
WIN: http://www.mutools.com/mulab/test20/mul ... -d-win.zip

Together with removing the expiration, a couple of other things have changed:

* Tuned: Optimized window positioning and sizing
* Fixed: Merging sequence parts in composition resulted in a sequence name without proper equal-name-indexing

Playing with Mulab again. Just loaded the bach demo and had some fun with Synthia. Two patches - GhostNight and SpaceTrip cause my computer to overload. Like some kind of infinite feedback loop. AMD 1.8Mhz w/384mb.

Both patches have a long release time, so they easily make a lot of polyphones.

Hello, some feedback on Mulab 2 (test D2) :

A bug :
when I choose the arrow or pen tool with the icons in the parameter window (pitchbend, velocity, ...), it has no effect. It's ok in the sequence window, or with the middle mouse button...

Bad :
- no more "Loop selected parts" to set the composition loop as in v1.1 : too bad, I really loved this feature, and was dreaming of a keybord shortcut for this...
- we don't see the loop anymore in the ruler : it's better now to set loop start and loop end, but if these two points are outside the window, you don't know anymore that you are "in" the loop...

Great :
- new windowing system,
- synthia, sampla,
- being able to load VST directly (no obligation to first go in the VST plugin manager),
- being able to access the VST preset from the plugin window : but why the "Choose program" window is so narrow ?

Indeed, will be fixed.

Yes it's still there: Right-click one of the loop locator flags, or right-click the Loop button in the Transport Panel.

But it will be also added in the time bar context menu again.

I don't understand.

For in 1.1, when the loop was outside the window, then you didn't see the loop area either, right?

So i don't see the difference regarding this aspect.
- being able to access the VST preset from the plugin window : but why the "Choose program" window is so narrow ?
Can you please send me a screenshot.

Normaly it should be as wide as necessary to contain all vst program names.
