You can *hear* it? It's supposed to be way under the hearing level...lut lei wrote:Thanks Urs. (Got the url wrong first)
So why am I the only one hearing this?
What's that buzz when loading a U-he synth?

Woah... it should be below dithering level... hmmm...lut lei wrote:Yes. Using headphones I can hear it.
I've compiled a Zebra 2.5 without any anti-denormal methods. How does thsi oen work out for you?
http://www.u-he.com/Z25b6Mac.zip (AU, VST, RTAS)
http://www.u-he.com/Z25b6Win.zip (VST Win)
If that does the trick and if no PowerPC-users on Panther 10.3 experience weird cpu spikes then I'll leave it like that.
Cheers,

After writing the first post on this I got more and more aware of this sound. It's only noticeable when using the b uilt-in soundcard. If I record it and plug my AKG k271 headphones directly into the macbook pro, I can clearly hear it. But after changing the output to an external soundcard and listening to the same file, I can't hear it.
Anyway, thanks for taking it away. Great customer support;) Hope you'll do it to the other plugs also.
