A whole lot of questions are running through my mind with that description, but I'll wait for the official FAQ... but it does look great!

I thought it was Robert Fripp who pioneered the use of very long delay times in music? So perhaps the poll option should be :
Eno-ugh of this Frippery.

Kind regards.

Yes, sorry, I misread that thread. Maybe I was just looking for something to reinforce my own biases, but I thought that was referring to some arp bugs in 2.5, not pre-existing arp bugs (someone did report a 2.5 arp bug, didn't they? but it did get fixed I think).elxicano wrote:But all that says is simply that the new version hasn't corrected anything from the 2.3 version... so might not be a best example (but I still understand the worry).
Yes, whatever I may feel about when to upgrade, that shouldn't affect the choice for the competition. I don't want to hold everyone else up.Urs wrote:I think that you should move on to 2.5 with the contest.
OK. You have pretty much convinced me.Urs wrote:There have been some installation issues here or there (mostly notably with double installs on Mac) but other than that no flaw/issue/bug on 2.5 isn't also present in 2.3. To the contrary, 2.5 fixes a lot of flaws/issues/bugs from 2.3
