fails to provide a simple double-value-display
that is big enough.

The position/time display can be as big as you want. It's defined by the skin.

I agree it looks a bit weird in LooxLite, but i think it looks good in LooxPhat and LooxPosh. Don't you?

Yes and no.
In combined time/position display I would like to have the same digit size as for single display (position only). But might be it's my personal preference caused by tired eyes.

Of course the position display with time doesn't look optimal in LooxLite. But I think it's quite readable. Given the options I have and my priorities, I don't see any better solution.

I can only change the font and the rectangle of the position display. I cannot just make the display bigger without making other changes that I don't want. Sorry.

LooxLite is more compact than the other skins, and I like it that way.
