That's not true.
Simply because there are some other example sequencers without timing issues.
I believe the extra routing necessary is unavoidable though, but no timing issues are in other sequencers, so obviously it's not Apple's problem.

But I cannot say more until we have it finished, and its still a long way to go...

Rico, is SugarBytes actually any closer to this goal now?

It depends what amount of latency/jitter you call a "timing issue". For example, with Numerology AU I've measured latency around 50ms and jitter about 5ms. Do you know other AU sequencers with better timing in Logic?

Well I only use Garageband (although I'm getting Logic ex soon)
Still, I can't see how a latency issue with Thesys, can be a problem caused by Logic, if other sequencers don't have as much of a problem in it.
It's probably caused by something that can be fixed from those at SugarBytes.
btw...I have no extremely noticeable latency timing problem with Thesys in Garageband. I don't see how they (SugarBytes) couldn't fix an issue in Logic.
Maybe I'm wrong, but I hope not, cuz I'm getting Logic.

Amazing news! I had stopped thinking about an update all together. Now I'm super excited. I don't see how it can get any better, but you guys are total magicians anyway. Very cool!

Any hint on a sort of, round about, possibly could be, tentative date would be very very much appreciated.
