192k Sample Rate Problem

Well, I think 192kHz is kind of overkill (it was great for the pre-2.5 XMF though). 96kHz should be everything you should ever need with softsynths (proper low-aliasing ones, that is).

I can think of two main problems:

- delay buffers might be too small (comb filter...)
- some filters might require double precision

I'll try to try myself later...
