Absynth 5 is the best randomizer because you can randomize towards a certain style of patch or characteristic. You also get a randomize history to you can go back to previous ones or re-randomize them from a previous randomized patch.
Synplant is also great for randomization, in fact it's really the focus of it, and each key can even be slightly different.
I found gladiator's randomizer to be quite useful too.

Tobybear MINIHOST will let you randomize most synths.
It allows you to set the morph value as well as a
Total Random feature.
in the tool menu select " Preset " then on the popup
select " Preset Ramdomizer "
lots of fun, it won't work with all synths, but
there are alot of synths that don't have a randomizer
that allows you to random. Sylenth has a randomizer
but it's garbage, in this case, MINIHOST Preset Randomizer
helps.

There are some scripts ("DeltaPatches") for Zebra that take the current patch and randomise it in a defined way. Load such a patch on top of your current setting and it'll be all different...

There's also a script somewhere (old 2.1 factory presets?) that randomises the XY-controls of Zebra so that you have non-destructive random control that you can automate and all...
/note to myself: Write documentation of the preset scripting language...

I must be completely dull but I'm desperately looking for the randomizer button on Predator and cant find it. Could anyone point me to it?

Also, I think that worths considering that a "randomizer" function included in a synth is something supposed to produce useful results most times.
Most hosts and sequencer has some randomizing function, but, not being related to the type of parameters theyre going to randomize youre likely to obtain horrible buzzes or bat-only-audible hyperfrequencied sounds for a large part of your randomizing attempts.
With Gladiator, as example, you have usable results 98% of the times you hit the randomizing button, which is probably what a randomizder is for, imo.
