It's actually really not all that bad. Thankfully it happened about a week before our new website goes live. The whole thing will be much more secure!

Absolutely. I'm very glad that these guys had no access to any critical data.

I have been threatened some time ago, hence I removed anything from the server that deals with serial numbers and stuff years ago. The phpBB they hacked in was nearly empty, and the SQL injection method they used doesn't give them any access to databases. We will however review our upcoming customer support tool (may store email addresses and names...) in order to prevent any possible leaks.
