Cannot hear my audio recording in Mulab Free

The audio recording sound problem is solved.
Untill now I set Audio Recording Setup:
Record from: Audio Input
Monitor to: AUDIO OUTPUT, and that has been changed now to RACK 1, 2, 3 OR 4
From that moment the sound in my earphones still is not great, but the recording is perfect.

I don't understand how the 'monitor to' can influence the recording.
Anyway, if it's solved it's solved. The final result is the ultimate thing
