What is the deal with trying to order DIVA (or I guess any other u-he product)?

I've been lucky in purchasing all my U-He software. Certainly, U-He is as responsive as any company I've ever dealt with, big or small, and a lot more pleasant

Well, I ended up ordering afterall. Urs was very helpful. However, I fear I have possibly made a horrible mistake. Is this not a 64-bit plug? I thought for sure it was? Whenever I try to open Cubase Elements it will only see the plug in 32 bit mode. What do I need to do to get it to be recognized in 64 bit mode? I am on a mac btw. If it is not available for mac in 64 bit mode yet, when is that planned? I haven't registered it yet and may consider going for a refund.

Actually, I couldn't find anything about that (scratches head, because we used to have it somewhere)donato wrote:Here it says it is 64 bit for Mac. Is this wrong? Help!

Diva is 32/64 bit AU, but only 32 bit VST2. We do have VST3 64bit on Mac, but we haven't started beta testing it yet.
Please send me an email and I'll refund you.
