So, I mentioned a sound I was making last night, and I thought I'd share a quick improvised demo of it just for fun. This is just one instance of Diva, plus a touch of EQ for brightness and then some B2 reverb:

Word of warning, protect your ears and speakers! :D

Check the market place. It isn't for sale all that often but you might get lucky http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=43

Give in to GAS...

But it doesn't pop up in the marketplace very frequently, you may get it faster by just saving up funds and buying it full price.

If you'd buy it "second hand" the discount might not be high anyway. And considering the support you get (just look around here) I think there are very good reasons to save up funds and get it directly from u-he.

I learned about the quality of support too late and got MFM2 and Filterscape from a previous user. Even in this case Urs' response was super fast.

My self-promise was that I am going to get all his new products as long as I am into this hobby. Fortunately I do not regret it at all. In fact I would have joined DIVA and ACE buyers anyway ;-)

So ... thanks to u-he for these great top notch tools and an outstanding service from all u-he team member.

I have had a Diva for about 10 months. It's a killer with the addition of Mulitthreading it means I can use it in my 32bit host and still get a lot of mileage.

I think just get when you can afford it. Keep your other stuff and work on arrangement playing skills mixing in the meantime.

Diva will only keep getting better.

The noise bursts in the demo mode will hurt your hearing if you are prone to ear damage. Don't use Demo mode extensively. I don't think Demo mode in U-he products is meant to encourage long usage without buying the license it's for getting a quick look at the various features and the sounds.
waves break, but somehow it all makes sense.
