I used it on an iPad 4 with Korg iPolysix - works & sounds great. It comes with a handful of presets, each with 4 variations, as Sunsine says :) I'm definitely glad I bought it - it has great multitouch controls & even sounds great with iPad mic input! Also, it's free to try, so u have nothing to lose!

Thanks to ElephantCandy (cool name btw) for making such a wonderful app! Highly recommended <3
Does it have anything that might be useful for standard vocals? Is there a way to do any voice doubling? Currently, I have the IK Multimedia vocal app, but I'm not impressed, it doesn't have audiobus, it takes up a huge amount of space, and I'm interested in something smaller, lighter, and possibly better.

How well would it work as an overall standard effects unit for general things too?

EDIT: Also, reviews in the app store are pretty harsh--are they justified or do you guys feel differently?

It's free. Download it and try for yourself. Or read the features description.
I can't tell from the description if it will do what I need, and reviews in the app store made it sound that the free test version was so crippled and affected by injected noise that it was difficult to impossible to do any real testing. I was hoping some users who had purchased it and given it a thorough testing might better be able to give an educated opinion as to whether this app might be feasible for the purposes I mentioned--especially vocal doubling, which I don't think is exactly a standard delay-type.....

I've been waiting for months for the CSounds app for a true multi-effects unit, but it just doesn't seem to be materializing, so I'm getting impatient. The following is what I'm really interested in seeing with Audiobus integration:

@Everyone: So are the reviews in the app store completely off in this case?

i tried the free version and i have to say:its a lot of fun.I used heavy atuomation on all 4 fx (on an ipad4)and it crashed (just) once with audiobus and none in standalone. Its really just a free version, you cant import own songs and theres an annoying voice with when use in audiobus but it gives a good impression of what you can do with it.And i guess i'll buy it.

Hi Sean,

I don't use vocals too much, so can't really comment - it has delays that can be bpm synced tho. I can tell you as a multi fx for synths it sounds great! I even tried the mic input with me making strange beatbox noises & it sounded very cool too.

Re harsh store reviews - I never really listen to those & since its free to try, it isn't an issue for me. Also, since my last post, I have tried this app on an iPad 3 (I used an iPad 4 before) & the difference in performance is noticeable - I have to turn down adsr release, polyphony, etc in synths, & use less of LiveFX fx, but still can get good results in Loopy, it just takes a bit longer :) I'm hoping the performance gets improved with updates tho..

Like BMoore says, try it for yourself, if it doesn't work like u like, delete it! All the best <3

Thanks for the input guys! It is good to know that it uses a lot of CPU. I have an iPad 2, so I have to keep performance in mind. :-)

Yes, iPad2 performance is important to me (just can't keep up with replacing them every year). Any way a re-imagined version will come out for iphone 5?
