It's actually the content of the part that's being played -- for a sequence part, it's a sequence. So, in that case, to play the sequence three times, the composer needs a part three times the length of the sequence and you're done. The sequence is not copied, it's just played three times to fill the the part. If you want it only played once, later on, create another part using the same sequence (that's ctrl-shift-drag'n'drop on the PC), then adjust the new part to suit. Still just the one sequence but its played however many times you like.

Er, I never did get that... as I've pointed out many times. To me there all sequences and they play one time in the arrange as the cursor goes left to right. The loop area, loops forever currently in my world. Looping within sequences I don't use at all.

There is a new MuLab 5.2.15 release candidate available in http://www.mutools.com/mulab/everest/
What's new since the last MuLab 5.2.14:
If you already have M5.2.14 installed you can also simply extract the MuLab.app/exe and MuLab.ID files and update your M5.2.14 installation.
Also the MU docs have been updated to M5.2.15.
Cheers!
What's new since the last MuLab 5.2.14:
- Dropping a sample, "Import A Sample", Mixdown To Sample: In all cases the needed MuSampla was not properly loaded. Fixed.
- Upgrade MUX Presets: In case of upgrade errors, the report text was broken. Fixed.
- A couple of minor graphic tweaks.

Is the legatto midi/parameter controllable? i mean, can we set certain notes to "slide" and others not like in basslines?

When set to legato, only legato notes will get glide. The porta/glide time parameter is controllable yes.

So if i want to recreate the sequencing vibe of a bassline (i.e. some steps glide others not)the solution would be to overlap certain notes and others not in the sequencer?mutools wrote:When set to legato, only legato notes will get glide. The porta/glide time parameter is controllable yes.

Yes, or alternatively automate the glide time.Juan Mendoza wrote:So if i want to recreate the sequencing vibe of a bassline (i.e. some steps glide others not)the solution would be to overlap certain notes and others not in the sequencer?mutools wrote:When set to legato, only legato notes will get glide. I don't know whether it is a recent change, but I like the new synth interface, it looks a lot tidier, more intuitive and welcoming now
ADSR knobs all in one line, etc.
One suggestion would be to remove the colored ring from those knobs that are at 0 when set to 12 o'clock. Currently for instance the ENV knob color rings are half full when they are set to 0.

Regarding the mono mode, is there a retrigger option? Can't seem to find it...
Thought I found it when setting Polyphony to 1, but that is not so. Actually in that case I could play two notes at the same time
