You know, it strikes me as a little arrogant to start a poll about what kind of sequencer this or any company should make.

Pfft. Rigid thinking.

It strike ME a bit odd you don't like asking a company to consider what one *imagines* might work.

Urs, being the bright fellow that he is, can ALWAYS say NO... often quite politely and with detailed reasons why they won't pursue it (in most cases). One learns a lot doing this.

The regulars (trusted, loong time friends of U-he) have voiced their opinions here, both pro and con (without ire)...

... moreover, you are depending on traditional opinions, and ignoring the fact that MANY parameters can be controlled with MIDI (Zebra is adept at MIIDI), I was able to replicate much of undulating complexity with Kirnu... aping in the internal MSEG (!) in a recent composition. Then... I tried out other patches... a little light fiddling... found one that worked better.

So... it can be done.

Looks like it won't... but thats fine! It was just a thought. An idea.

if you're a windows user.. i don't know.. maybe there's something similar?

but it doesn't seem that much of a stretch for a developer to flesh out a sequencer and make it a plug in... i say this not knowing anything about any code for any kind of language.. i barely understand English.


srsly though.. aren't there midi sequencer plug ins that work on windows and OSX??? sugarbytes? max for live stuff in Live is an obvious thing if Live is your DAW of choice.

I've voted for "Create an U-HE External Sequencer". I don't really need another sequencer module and would like to see the Satin RE first, but if they would like to develope a unique (not already available) kind of a seq Reason Rack Extension, why not.
