For acoustic sounds IMO ValhallaRoom but you should play with the modulation. Normally for acoustic sounds you will not have too much modulation.
Btw. for this type of sounds, the very transparent Phoenix reverb is not to beat.

I found ValhallaRoom to be surprisingly simple and will continue working with it to see how transparent it could be. I took a look at Phoenix, and it does look impressive too, but pricing is an issue...
