It's very similar to the Pro so I guess you could re-use a lot of GUI code and graphics..?

Multi-size GUI
We have rewritten Discovery Pro graphics engine and is now configurable in three window sizes: 1x (400p), 1.5x (600p) and 2x (800p). No more squinting when trying to look at some parameter or search for a led anymore! Of course CPU has been dramatically optimised at any configuration.

Any 16 / 24-bit, mono / stereo WAV file should work.MFXxx wrote:Got a question regarding loading wavs into DPro. Can this be used for simple sample play back? I've watched the video from the website and rtfm. It appears that some wavs load and some not. What is the accepted wav sample rate, length and any other details please.
Could be a good idea, in the meanwhile I'd recommend using symlinks to change data location. Also in the manual it talks about different folders to the install path. Not that it's an issue as it opens explorer browser to manually locate. Although being able to set a default path in settings would be beneficial like many other plugins allow.
dwb is a zip containing WAV files. It was designed to make banks with custom wave oscillators easier to distribute and import. You can also create a folder with .dwb extension and it will behave as a bank too, which is handy to add or remove files quickly.I was also confused regarding the sample files for OSC3, it states they need to be zipped and extension changed to dwb, is this only for sfz files as some of the waves (already mentioned) work regardless.
Discovery Pro can load Discovery banks already. Import them using Edit > File > Import Bank. Pro users would have to swap bank filter to zero-delay for Discovery 4 files but it's a five seconds operation using Edit > Swap > Bank Filter > New.Karten wrote:Last year, you said to me that in an update for Discovery Pro, it would get compatibility with patches made with Discovery. Is it still planned?
