sorry about that CableChannel: Well, the actions are once a week, so there will be obviously a newsletter once a week. Plus every time something "happens", like a new video or something. You won't get stuff related to actions about something you already own, but for the madness discount that never happens unless you own MTotalBundle. And you will receive videos anyway, because these might be helpful.
Honestly CableChannel, I think you should unsubscribe. You apperently mind receiving an email every week (which I don't understand, but I get dozens every day, so I'm used to it
), so I guess better for you would be for example using the facebook/twitter or something. Nevertheless the actions are once a week, so there's no way around it.
