played with the new stepclip features of t6 today.
nice additions, makes working with stepclips much more convenient and flexible!

as you mentioned already in your video bill, when looping a stepclip that has two patterns in it, it only loops the last pattern of that clip.
that's quite unintuitive. don't know if that is really meant to be like this or maybe an oversight?

while i was searching for a workaround to make the whole clip looping (which seems practically impossible without writing a new longer pattern that contains the two), i thought a great additional feature could be a command like "combine patterns" which would fuse all selected patterns into a new one.

just some thoughts ...

I know what you mean. It would make more sense to me if when you roll out the loop, it would repeat the entire step clip.

There is a workaround and that is to just duplicate the entire clip. I have the Duplicate action assigned to the D key,. After I get a few bars programmed that I like, I just duplicate the entire clip by hitting D a few times.
