Zebra Mousewheel Only Works on Primary Monitor

Mousewheell does not work also with Zebralette included in latest version of Zebra (Win8, 64bit, FL Studio 20.1). It turns knob just a bit and stops. I always preffer mousewheell + Shift key for fine tuning instead of holding left mouse button + moving mouse up and down + press Shift key.

If you want your mousewheel working on second or third... monitor it must be the first one on the right of the primary monitor in the window setup
