IL Drumaxx doesn't use samples ... works as vst and standalone.

Depends on what complexity or features you're after. If you want something which is super quick and sounds great, have a gander at softube's Heart Beat. It has a very good FX section.

However, it does'nt have a sequencer. It used midi in the track lane for the drums.

I agree. Going solely based on sound, Heartbeat is by far the best drum synth I've ever heard.

for an "analog drum synth plugin without samples" try FXpansion's Tremor. It can seem overly complex at first but it's a real powerhouse capable of some lush vintage analog timbres:

Bong. It's the real deal- a ton of flexibility, a lot of knowledge and testing behind it... one of the "big boys" could've slapped a $50 price tag on it and sold a bajillion of 'em with their marketing dept behind it. Best $25 I ever spent.

What are you looking for exactly?, for me Microtonic mapped to a good midi controller like the akai mpd232 delivers a sublime experience for me.

Tattoo uses samples for some sounds ... its still a very decent instrument.
