I dont no what I make wrong.
Always comes this message : Please enter a valid e-mail address to start the download.
But when I give my E - Mail adress to Request Serial nummber, I get a E-Mail with the my Serial nummber.
Here it works. But when I want download Synthmaster Everything Bundel comes always this message:
Please enter a valid e-mail address to start the download.
I dont no what I can do.

When I try to send a support message comes the same message as when I want to ´download synthmaster

After purchasing Synthmaster Player, I never received a confirmation eMail, I sent 2 messages via the website support form during the course of roughly one week, and never received a reply.
I probably overlooked the "request license code" link on the kv331 website, so that thread was quite helpful, just saying
... but even if I just bought the cheap player, not replying to repeated support requests is, how to put it in a friendly manner... "unusual", and not the best motivation to upgrade to the full product.
