Reinstalled without unclicking anything, rescanned...

Look in your VST folder for starters. Then check if Diva is showing in Komplete Kontrol dropdown plugin menu (not the browser list) - if it isn't then it's probably not installed properly or KK hasn't updated its plugins so rescan.

Its not in the drop down list. I did rescan plugins.I wonder how can it show up in the library and list and not found where it is installed by U-He installer when the path is given.
I will now remove the path, rescan and put it back, then rescan.

First, you need to locate where the VST2 plugins are installed on your system. Most often it's one of these folders:Wabo wrote: Tue May 07, 2019 5:20 pm So maybe tell me the filename that should be there for Komplete, so I can locate it whereever
I find it and put it all together .![]()
C:\Program Files\VSTPlugins
C:\Program Files\Steinberg\VSTPlugins
C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST2
- Look there for file Diva(x64).dll
- Run Komplete Kontrol app in stand alone mode.
- Go to Edit - Preferences - Plug-ins
- Open Locations tab
- Make sure the path where you found Diva(x64).dll file is in the list. If not, press Add and add it to the list.
- Press Rescan
