Thing is, I started the Zebra3 Info thread to make planning easy. Its essence being, upgrading from Zebra2 to Zebra3 will be cheaper than waiting for Zebra3. Because ever since Zebra2 came out, people had requested features that don't fit the concept/technology of Zebra2 but would be nice to have nonetheless. In those cases I'd say "we'll consider it for Zebra3". So people started expecting it and holding off buying Zebra2 even though Zebra3 wasn't gonna come out anytime soon.
However, before Z3 could happen, Diva came about and changed everything. We could only do little updates in subsequent years and every new release meant tough work. What I mean is, u-he became very successful but the downside was a shift from creative stuff to maintenance. However, four years later we did that big maintenance update, we'll update Presswerk and Satin and then every resource is going to shift back to creative again. At least that's what I hope, but recent mini-projects such as Protoverb, RePro and the Drum thing may be an indicator that we're finally getting there.
