Tracktion got really quite upset when I forgot to replace the battery in my clock.
Updates to 1.5.xx ? What's the deal ?

Well, in response to the first few rather hostile replies, I bought Tracktion on a recommendation, and that yes it still had a few bugs, but the developer was great and sorts things out pretty fast. I part with my cash feeling that I'm buying into what I agree IS a great package, but safe in the knowledge that any remaining issues will be sorted out fairly soon. I see one update from the time I bought it, and no others. Then I find out about the forum here and start reading about T2....
As a previous reply stated, I am nervous that I'm changing my workflow and getting to know a package that has quite a few irritating bugs in it... and I don't need to list them, they've already been posted here many times - bugs that I'm concerned may *never* be resolved. I appreciate Jules is a one man band as far as Tracktion goes and he can only do so much in the working day, but I suspect that his (and more likely, Mackie's) priorities will be heavily biased towards development work on T2.
I am *not* just 'asking for another number on my starup screen' - that was a ridiculous statement - I would just like some reassurance that the package I bought is likely to have the remaining bugs ironed out before I get further into using it. That's only fair.

of course I love it - I never denied that
but I really really hate its bugs and shortcomings
stronger than I ever hated Sonar

That is one freakin' weird bug.
Jens, I'll buy you a pint if you can the automation curve to look like a kitten.

looked erm - rather 'abstract' - the funniest thing about it was that whenever I tried to add points to the volume-envelope of track 7 they got added to the volume-envelope of track 8
