unless I'm mistaken, you still haven't told us in which way the midi is out of sync. Do you mean that your midi is always played a bit later than the click, or is it chaotic (sometimes earlier, sometimes later)? Does the problem only appear on playback, or already while recording your midi?
If it is always later, and always by the same amount, then you have a latency problem. Contrast to audio latency, there is no way to adopt Tracktion automatically to midi latency (and no way to implement such a feature). But you can solve it manually:
Click on the Midi Input Arrow. Find the 'time adjust' slider on the right hand side of the properties. Set this to a value where the problem disappears.

fwiw you could try the kx drivers on the audigy. I ran them on my old audigy 2 and had no major problems, though I was using no outboard midi modules - only vsti and audio. You can even get 44khz mode with kx! I'm pretty sure its some wacky resampling going on (not great for quality), but hey, at least its possible with kx.
