Kontakt has settings that emulate the sampling grit of the MPC60 and the EMU 1200 (I think). I managed to get the Emulator X3 a couple of years ago from Digital Sound Factory for around £30 although don't recall seeing it there last time I checked (it may require additional searching to find various fixes and registry edits to get it functioning correctly in modern PCs as I think the last update was to Vista, although it will work in 7 with some effort).
